UCF Card is about to become a big part of
your life.
If you are a new student, faculty or staff
member your official identification card can
be obtained in the UCF Card Office, which
is conveniently located in the John T. Washington
Center across from the UCF bookstore. Your
student fees cover the initial purchase of
a card and your annual fee maintains the required
technology for these services.
You will want to come visit us to obtain
a new card, to get a replacement card for
$15.00, to let us know of lost or stolen cards,
to obtain a needed name badge for your college
or department, to get a vending machine refund,
or to deposit funds on your smartchip.
As the holder of a UCF ID card you will want
to become familiar with the services this
little card offers. Not only is this the required
form of identification for all students, it
is your access to most sporting events, the
opportunity to move cashless through campus
using the smartchip technology and the availability
of the three separate purses at vending machines,
copy machines, health center, restaurants,
many computer labs, UCF Bookstore and many
other on- and off-campus merchants. With the association
with SunTrust, accounts opened at the campus
branch allow this card to be used as your
debit card. With the association of UCF Dining
Services your meal plan will be accessed by
a swipe of your card.
As you can see, your UCF ID card is the key
to many special university privileges and
benefits. Please enjoy using your UCF Card
and feel free to stop by our office with any
questions or comments.
Take note of the many cash to chip machines
located around campus to add extra value to
Purse 1 of your card without having to come into the
office. WebRevalue, the ability to add funds to all three purses online, is another secure and convenient option.
Please be advised our office does experience
periods of high demand during scheduled orientations
and the first few days of classes each new
term.
